Project Takeover
When we first took over this project, the property had already been partially demolished by a previous contractor. However, the work was not completed to code and lacked proper planning, leaving the homeowner with significant structural, plumbing, and layout challenges.
Our team stepped in to assess the existing conditions, correct prior work, and bring the entire project back on track.
The Result
The home was transformed from an incomplete and non-compliant construction site into a fully permitted, functional, and modern living space.
