Balcony & Covered Patio Renovation

This project included rebuilding an aging second-floor balcony and upgrading the covered patio below. New framing, support posts, railings, and deck surfacing were installed and sealed. The patio below was finished with large-format tile, creating a clean and updated outdoor living space.
